TSPSC Notifications and Recruitment 2017

The Formation of the TSPSC is happened in the year of 2014. This is a ‘Constitutional body’ type of commission. The main goal of this is for the process of ‘Recruitment or contracting’ and the locality of TSPSC is in Prathibha Bhavan, MJ Road, Nampally in Hyderabad 500001, Telangana. The region served in Telangana state and “www.tspsc.gov.in” is the official link of the TSPSC.

The TSPSC is started or created by the Indian Constituent to recruit or select the applicants for the civil service jobs in state of Telangana in India, according to the applicant’s merits and various reservation rules. The TSPSC was started according to the article no.315 of the Indian Constitutions. It provides the various useful or efficient and the smooth functioning of ‘Telangana Government’ by providing suitable or eligible candidates for the government posts and advise them on different services like the formation of recruitment rules and also advise them on the transfers, the promotions and the disciplinary actions etc.
The formation of the TSPSC was happened on 2nd June in the year of 2014 as per the Act of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization in 2014, later Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission bifurcated into the APPSC and TSPSC and the official link was launched on 11th  April in the year of 2015 by the state  Governor (controller) i.e., "Narasimhan garu”. And the primary director of the commission is “Sri Ghanta Chakrapani garu” who treated as Instructer or Professor in the Open or wide University of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar.

History of TSPSC:

HPSC (Hyderabad Public Service Commission):

Early named as Asaf Jahi rulers of the state of Hyderabad followed the traditions of Mughal administrative, the practices and public servants who are appointed on basis of representation and the nomination. The creator of the modern Hyderabad civil service is Diwan means the ‘prime minister’ named sir ‘Salar Jung I’. In the year of 1882 he issued jareeda and emphasized the need of the education and the training for the young Hyderabad’s for the recruitment in the services of Nizam’s. The establishment of the creation of the Subedari, the system of zilabandi, and the system of Taluqdari, the revenue, the police and the judicial reforms are facilitated by the Salar Jung only. 
In the year of 1938 a committee through the resolution of executive council was constituted composed of the all secretaries to the Government with member of finance as president and the officer of a department of the finance. The committee was opined that efficiency of administration section depends on its personnel matter. The HPSC was started by the Firman on 27th of April in the year of 1947. The Hyderabad Civil Service had to conducts the examination for placement and the selection of the eligible candidates for the several vacancies in an different departments or branches.
The Public Commission was started or established by last Nizam, sir Mir Osman Ali Khan in the year of 1947 and became the forerunner of the HPSC under the Indian Constitution during the time or period of  Burgula Ramakrishna Rao. He is the first elected CM of the state of Hyderabad. Finally the HPSC is merged into the APSC i.e., Andhra Pradesh Public Commission.                

Formation of the Telangana State and the Constitution of the TSPSC:

According to the APR (Andhra Pradesh Reorganization) Act, 2014 the state of Telangana came into the Existence with the effect from appointed date i.e., on 02-06-2014. The constitution of TSPSC section 83 (2) of state of Andhra Pradesh Reorganization act 2014 provides for the constitution of PSC i.e., Public Service Commission in the Successor of the Telangana state.

Organization of TSPSC:

The Articles no. 316 to 319 deals with the structure of an SPSC i.e., State Public Service Commission. With the 3 additional members the state of TSPSC is headed by the respected chairman and all these members are appointed by the Telangana Governor only.
As the month of April in 2015 the TSPSC contains a chairman and the three members and the names of each member with the chairman is given below.
1.            Sir sri Prof. Ghanta Chakrapani garu (chairman of TSPSC)
2.            Sir sri C. Vittal garu(Telangana state Activist)
3.            Smt Dr. Vanoth Chandravathi garu (EX-MLA)
4.            Sir sri Dr. Mohd . Mateenuddin Quadri garu (Social Activist)       

Functions of TSPSC:

One of the major or primary functions of the TSPSC is to select the eligible or suitable candidates for the several or various Government posts in the Telangana state. Some of the major functions of TSPSC are given in below.
               -> The Direct Recruitment process
               -> Approval of the Rules of statutory related to the state and the subordinate services
               -> The concurrence for the appointments of compassionate in the special cases.
               -> Recruitment by the Promotions or the Transfers
               -> The Disciplinary cases
               -> Conducts of the Departmental Exams to the employees of the state government
               -> The Half yearly Examinations
               -> The Temporary Appointments concurrence of commission

One Time Registration in TSPSC:

An innovative program called “One Time Registration” is published or started by the Telangana Government for the provided jobs. The main purpose of this program is to provide the various jobs. Thus this is the description about the Telangana State Public Service Commission.
